Harbour Concert Audience Areas
This year we will welcome people back to EC in person for the first time in three years. At the EC 2022 Harbour Concerts, all seats will be reserved so that everyone can enjoy the concerts in a safe and comfortable environment.
You will be seated according to the number on your ticket (allocated on a first-come, first-served basis), so if you want to sit with a group, please purchase your tickets as a group.
*To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, the audience area will be larger than usual this year.
Please Note
・Ticket numbers are limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
・Ticket sales will end for each event when it reaches its capacity.
・Changes and cancellations to ticket orders are not possible after payment has been received or processed.
・Replacement tickets (for lost tickets, etc.) will not be provided under any circumstances.
Tickets will be issued for Harbour Concerts and the Outdoor Cinema event.
・For workshops, participants will receive a proof of purchase slip. Please bring it to the workshop. Staff will check your name on the participant list before you enter the venue.
・EC events do not have waitlists. If payment for a ticket order is not received in time, the ticket(s) will automatically become available for others to purchase online. Please check Kodo Ticket Service Reservation Site for availability or contact Kodo Ticket Service.
Earth Celebration 2022 COVID-19 Countermeasures
We want to make sure that people who attend Earth Celebration (EC), the locals here on Sado Island, and everyone involved in the festival, are safe and feel at ease at this year’s event. So the EC Committee has created and will follow strict COVID-19 countermeasure protocols.
If you plan to attend EC in person this year, please read the guidelines. It is important that everyone who will attend understands these guidelines properly beforehand.
